Submission Rules

Conditions for Book Submission to the 2025 Competition

Applicants must submit an application to the Organizing Committee in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Regulations. Please note that the submission requirements have changed compared to previous years, including modifications to the application content.

Special Nomination: "The Political Writing Nomination"
Books ("Publications") dedicated to current socio-political processes and helping to understand their nature are eligible for consideration in this special category.

The application must be submitted electronically via a Google Form on www.premiaprosvetitel.ru.

Who Can Apply in 2025?
(Depending on the country of publication, applicants may include):

• Zimin Foundation
• Editorial offices of mass media
• Publishing houses
• Public organizations
• Jury members of the award
• Members of the "Enlightener" Award Council
• Members of the Organizing Committee

Required Documents:
Each application must include:

• A document confirming the author’s consent for participation in the competition, in free form, containing the author's full name, email address, phone number, and personal signature.
• A cover letter from the applicant in free form, including a brief biography of the author.
• Links to the publication on multimedia platforms and/or a PDF layout of the publication and/or screenshots of the publication in JPG or PDF format (if the publication has been removed from its original source).
• Submissions without the author's consent will not be considered.
