Russian Poetic Neo-avant-garde of the 2nd Half of the 20th Century and the Early 21st CenturyMikhail PavlovetsThis monograph highlights the study of the history of the genesis and development in the 2nd half of the 20th century and early 21st century of the artistic system of the late, post-war avant-garde: the neo-avant-garde. This system is applied in its continuity with the historical avant-garde of the 1900s– 1930s, in a complex relationship of repulsion and attraction with both typologically related artistic phenomena in world art (first of all verbal art and phenomena of the Western neo-avant-garde) and synchronous phenomena in domestic art, mainly uncensored. Particular attention is paid to the projective aspects of neo-avantgardists' work, their desire to interact not only with related art forms (painting, music, performance), but also with science, and to use modern technical inventions (potential of computer science as an example). The book is intended for researchers of literature and culture, as well as the general reading public. Mikhail Pavlovets.
